When Halloween and Bonfire Night come round, luxury hot chocolates, milky lattes and pumpkin flavoured creations fill our stores and our bellies – but one tradition says bonfire like no other, and that’s the humble yet indulgent feeling S’more.
In case you’ve ever wondered how to make them – why, it’s as simple as a pack of biscuits, some marshmallows and some Nutella.
Here’s how Mrs. Baker makes them:
1 x packet of Hob Nobs
1 x packet of Marshmallows (Giant ones work best but use two small ones if you can’t find giant ones)
Nutella
Take the chocolate hobnob, spread with Nutella the top with a giant marshmallow (or two small ones) and place under the grill (or on a BBQ) until the Marshmallow starts to melt.
Sandwich with another Hobnob spread with Nutella – and squidge the two together. The sides will ooze (and I do mean Ooze!) with Marshmallow chocolatiness.
Not at all clean eating but by goodness, these are good! The perfect accompaniment to hot drinks round the fire… or in cafes with a S’mores latte.
