Fancy adding a twist to this everyday favourite? These homemade dairy-free treats, with raspberries and ground almonds, will disappear in no time!

100 g Flora Original
50 g dark chocolate
125 g dark soft brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
75 g self-raising flour
75 g ground almonds
100 g raspberries

Preheat the oven to 180°C Fan.
In a saucepan, melt the Flora Original and chocolate over a very low heat, taking off the heat from time to time, taking care not to burn the chocolate.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and set aside for a few minutes to cool.
Grease a 20cm square baking tin with a bit more Flora Original.
Stir the sugar into the chocolate mixture and add the eggs.
In a separate bowl combine the flour and almonds. Fold into the chocolate mixture a bit at a time.
Add the raspberries.
Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for approximately 20 minutes until the top is springy to the touch, and a skewer comes out clean.
Leave to cool and then cut into 9 squares.
