Landing on the menu on Tuesday 3rd January 2023, the partnership will be available throughout January and will see menu additions featuring plant-based alternatives from THIS™ including; THIS™ Isn’t Chicken, THIS™ Isn’t Streaky Bacon Lardons, THIS™ Isn’t Pork Sausages and the exclusive restaurant launch partner of the THIS™ Isn’t Streaky Bacon Rashers (available at Bill’s only).
The new dishes are perfect for vegans, fully-fledged Veganuary challengers and those flexing it with meat alternatives from time to time. For those seeking a breakfast or brunch of champions, Bill’s is serving up the THIS™ Plant Plate (from £13.50) with the new THIS™ Isn’t Streaky Bacon Rashers and THIS™ Isn’t Pork Sausage with roasted plum tomatoes, mushrooms, fried potatoes, scrambled OGGS®, baked beans & toast served with spicy sriracha sauce.
Looking on to lunch and dishing up for dinner, Bill’s and THIS™ have collaborated to cook up a storm with the THIS™ Isn’t Bacon Mac & Cheese (from £11.85), made up of THIS™ Isn’t Bacon Lardons folded through a plant based smokey cheese sauce and served with a green leaf salad. Also on the menu line up is the THIS™ Isn’t Chicken & Bacon Wellington (from £14.95), with THIS™ Isn’t chicken and THIS™ Isn’t Bacon Lardons layered with apricot stuffing & wrapped in puff pastry. Served with seasonal greens, roast squash and gravy, a perfect winner, winner, this Isn’t chicken dinner.
