Recipe: Horlicks Vegan Baked Vanilla Cheesecake

Perfect for Veganuary, this delicious recipe from Horlicks is super-easy to make and you’ll be able to indulge without giving up on your goals:

 

Ingredients:

• 3 heaped tsp Horlicks Vegan
• 200ml oat milk
• 1 tsp vanilla essence

Garnish:

• Vegan-friendly whipped cream
• 1 crumbled vegan biscuit
• Drizzle of vanilla syrup
• Dusting icing sugar

Method:

Bring the oat milk, vanilla essence and Horlicks Vegan to a gentle boil, whisking to get a rich, foamy consistency.
Pour into your favourite mug, top with vegan whipped cream and garnish with the crumbled biscuit, a drizzle of vanilla syrup and a light dusting of icing sugar.
For a seasonal twist, add a light grating of nutmeg, cinnamon and mixed spice for a spiced winter warmer.
