Both John and Robin were incredibly impressed with the quality of Cathedral City Plant Based, with John calling it a triple threat in terms of taste, texture and meltability. John has been trying to go fully vegan for some time but hasn’t been able to find a suitable alternative to cheese until now, while Robin thoroughly enjoyed it despite being a dairy lover.

The least favourite combinations included bananas and plant-based alternative to cheese-on-toast followed by strawberry jam and plant-based alternative to cheese-on-toast. They both collectively agreed that there is something disturbing about warm fruit in a savoury meal.
