This Pancake Day, Cosy Club is eliminating the stress of making your own mix and, more importantly, the washing up too! For a limited time only, sweet-toothed diners can delight in Cosy Club’s signature Black Forest Gateaux Stack (from £9.95) – a teetering tower of up to 9 pancakes, topped with indulgent layers of Cassis whipped cream, cherry syrup, brownie pieces, chocolate sauce, raspberries, and maraschino cherries.
Or for a more personalised experience, diners can try the new Build Your Own Pancake Stack (from £8.95), with either 3, 6, or 9 pancakes and a whopping 15 toppings to choose from. Mix and match your favourite flavours to create the perfect pancakes, with three toppings included in the price – and extra toppings for only £1.50 each. Pair Greek yoghurt, sliced banana, and honeycomb for a flavour-filled treat, or go all in with white chocolate bark and vanilla ice cream drizzled with rich salted caramel sauce – yum!
