Are Coronation Salads Not Your Thing? Here’s An Alternative for the King’s Crowning

Whether you’re heading to the park for a picnic, or just al fresco in your garden – this salad requires minimal chopping and no slaving over a hot stove (perfect for the King’s coronation).

Beauty Daily Salad Ingredients:
Makes 4 – Quick and Easy – Gluten-Free
– 5-6 Dandelion leaves
– 3-4 Puntarelle spears
– 2 handfuls of Rocket Leaves
– 2 handfuls of Steamed Broccoli Sprouts
(You can use other bitters of your choice,
such as radish or artichoke leaves)
– 2 Shaved Asparagus spears
– 1 Shaved Chioggia Beet
– 2 tbsp Roasted Pistachios

Dressing
– 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
– 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
– 1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
– 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
– 1 tsp Maple Syrup
– 1 tsp Tamari
– Optional garnish: garlic flowers
Combine all herbs, drizzle the dressing, and decorate with the garlic flowers.

Feel free to add a protein of your choice (salmon, feta, or roast chicken would work well) and pimp it to your taste.
