Chopstix Celebrates Successful Easter Opening at the O2

Chopstix, the UK’s largest Pan-Asian QSR brand opened its hotly anticipated site in the Entertainment District at The O2, marking a successful milestone for the chain.

The opening of the new 1,991 sq ft location marks a milestone moment for the destination, which is owned and operated by Waterfront Limited Partnership, a joint venture between AEG and Crosstree Real Estate Partners.  This weekend’s opening sees the venue reach full leasing completion, and also marks a successful period for the Chopstix brand which continues to grow its footprint at pace.

The new Chopstix site at The O2 boasts state-of-the-art technology in the form of slimline order kiosk and robo-woks; created to keep pace with the thousands of hungry customers on event nights, along with an enormous 8M x 4M video wall to grab their attention on the way to their event! All this, alongside the bold and bright signature interiors that make Chopstix so unique. Guests can enjoy all of Chopstix’s irresistible menu favourites, such as the brand’s unique Caramel Drizzle Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and vegan favourite topping, All Leaf No Beef Teriyaki, served fresh by Chopstix Wok Masters.

The opening of Chopstix at The O2 represents a fully-leased Entertainment District, a destination which is rich in grab-and-go, family-friendly dining, and high-quality leisure experiences. It further reinforces The O2’s position in delivering an active offer, environment, and experience, and its success in pulling in leading, independent, and international operators, making it a key destination of choice in the capital for retailers, operators, and visitors alike.

Janine Constantin-Russell, Managing Director at the Entertainment District and Outlet Shopping at The O2, said: “We are pleased to welcome Chopstix to The O2, marking the final piece to the puzzle as we celebrate a fully-leased Entertainment District and commend the success that we have achieved over the last few years. Grab-and-go was an area that we were keen on expanding to deliver a variety of F&B concepts for visitors, and mixed with our fantastic leisure operators and high-quality dining offers, Chopstix complements the destination and reaffirms our position as being one of London’s most desirable retail, F&B, and leisure locations.”

Menashe Sadik, Co-Founder and Director at Chopstix, said: “This is a huge moment for us – The O2 is an iconic location that we’ve long had our eyes on. The Entertainment District at The O2 is a space with such a buzz, delivering live entertainment, popular retailer destinations and leading hospitality outlets, and we know Chopstix will add to this, bringing tasty Pan-Asian dishes to more people than ever.”
