Recipe: Naturya Vegan Chocolate and Berry French Toast

Incredibly quick & simple to make, comforting and rich, you won’t believe that this delicious breakfast option is also vegan and a great source of fibre from our new organic Chia+ blend, as well as copper from our crunchy Cacao & Hazelnut spread to support energy and immunity.

Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 10 min | Serves: 2 – 3



  • 130g plant-based milk alternative
  • 2 tbsp of Naturya Chocolate Chia+
  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp Naturya Coconut sugar
  • 6 thick slices of day old bread
  • Naturya Coconut Oil for frying
  • Naturya Cacao & Hazelnut Spread
  • Mixed berries to garnish



  1. In a large bowl, mix together the plant-based milk, Naturya Chia+ Chocolate, Naturya Coconut Sugar, cinnamon and the salt.
  2. Dip the bread in the mix and wipe off any excess.
  3. Add the Naturya Coconut Oil to a large non-stick frying pan, and gently fry each slice of bread on both sides until crisp.
  4. Stack with crunchy Cacao & Hazelnut spread in-between slices and garnish with fresh berries.
