École Ducasse Paris Studio welcomes renowned guest chefs throughout the year. Meet Georgiana Viou, chef of the “Rouge” restaurant in Nîmes, in an exclusive class on 14th June, exploring cuisine from Marseille to Cotonou.

On 5th July, dive into the sweet world with Luc Debove, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Glacier and World Ice Cream Champion, who will share his unparalleled skills in a special class.
